TV channels like "Arte" very often use Voice-Over in their Documentaries .

Dubbing involves knowing how to read on a Rythmo Tape

(graphic tape synchronized with the film while playing the comedy). The voice actor must convey exactly the same emotions as the actor facing the camera. That is why it is necessary to be an experienced actor.
